About the Role
W3Global is seeking talented Recruiters to join our team in Chennai, specifically within the US Staffing (Legal) department. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing legal professionals.
Work Details
- Work Location: Chennai
- Salary Range: 3.6 - 4 LPA (Negotiable based on experience) + Performance Incentives up to 24 Lakhs
- Work Timings: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST (Fixed Saturday & Sunday Week offs)
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage top-quality candidates for Law firms, Corporate Legal departments, Government agencies, and other organizations requiring legal expertise.
- Source, screen, and place Legal talent, including Paralegals, Legal assistants, Attorneys, and Legal executives.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and qualifications.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate searches through databases like Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Social media platforms, and other professional networks.
- Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline using an Application Tracking System.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelors or Masters (Law) degree.
- Familiarity with practice areas such as Corporate Law, Litigation, IP, Real Estate.
- Experience using Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Social media platforms, and other professional networks.
- Proficiency in using an Application Tracking System.
