UGC Creator Intern

About the Role

The UGC Creator Intern is a full-time remote role responsible for producing engaging user-generated content that showcases PPStack’s programs, services, and learner experiences across social media and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Brainstorming and scripting short-form video concepts.
• Recording and editing content (e.g., reels, shorts, testimonials).
• Repurposing content into posts, stories, and captions aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborating with the marketing and content teams to support campaign ideas.
• Participating in content planning meetings.
• Optimizing UGC based on performance insights and audience feedback.
• Staying up to date with EdTech trends, AI and technology topics, and social media best practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in short-form content creation, including scripting, filming, and basic video editing for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
• Ability to create on-camera content confidently, with a clear, engaging communication style and a good sense of storytelling and visual composition.
• Familiarity with social media trends, hashtags, and audience engagement techniques, especially in education, career, and tech-related niches.
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in EdTech, AI, data, and digital skills, with the willingness to learn and represent technical topics in a simple, relatable way.
• Good written communication skills for captions, hooks, and content descriptions.
• Ability to adapt tone to different platforms and audiences.
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely, managing deadlines, and collaborating with distributed teams using digital tools.
• Experience using basic design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar) is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in media, communications, marketing, design, technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
