Role: Talent Acquisition Intern
About the Role
This is a full-time remote role focused on managing the full lifecycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. The role involves strengthening employer branding to attract a diverse pool of talent, collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, and providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting.
- Source, interview, and hire top talent.
- Strengthen employer branding to attract a diverse pool of talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Strong skills in Interviewing, Evaluating Candidates, and guiding them through the application process.
- Experience with Employer Branding initiatives.
- Expertise in Recruiting processes with the ability to optimize and improve recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred.
Working Hours: Monday - Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM
Salary: 15K (target based)
