About the Role

A full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Handling account queries.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Cross-selling and upselling banking products such as accounts, loans, cards, investment, and insurance solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Tracking portfolio performance.
• Preparing regular reports.
• Collaborating with internal teams.
• Contributing to branch-level business targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
• Sales and business development capabilities, including cross-selling, upselling, and meeting revenue and portfolio growth targets.
• Knowledge of retail and SME banking products, such as accounts, deposits, loans, credit cards, investment, and insurance offerings.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and local language preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in a branch environment in Jaipur, managing multiple priorities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• A relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or client-facing roles is highly beneficial.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered.
