Key Responsibilities
- Support inside sales and business development activities across prospective customers and partners.
- Research leads, identify relevant opportunities, and maintain accurate prospect information.
- Connect with prospects through calls, messages, and other approved communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements, explain relevant offerings, and coordinate follow-ups with the internal team.
- Track conversations and outcomes in the assigned systems while meeting daily activity goals.
- Share market feedback and contribute ideas to improve outreach and conversion processes.
Requirements
- Open to freshers who are interested in business development, inside sales, and customer-facing work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional approach.
- Good listening, follow-up, organisation, and basic problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working onsite in BTM Layout, Bangalore.
- Motivation to learn sales processes and take ownership of assigned targets.
- This is a 6-month internship with a stipend of ₹17,000 per month.
