Designation: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Institutional Sales
Location: Vashi/Ghatkopar/Andheri
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and pitch MCTAs Digital Marketing courses.
- Counsel students and parents regarding the courses, career opportunities, and course benefits.
- Generate interest and convert maximum enquiries into admissions.
- Generate daily walk-ins and center visits.
- Handle phone counseling and follow-ups with prospective candidates.
- Handle walk-in enquiries and provide detailed course information.
- Schedule maximum demo lectures and center visits and convert prospects into admissions.
- Assist the sales team in conducting seminars, college events, and other promotional activities.
- Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Ensure timely collection of fees from students as per the fee schedule.
- Generate references and referral sales from existing students.
- Reactivate old/lost applications and follow up with inactive prospects to achieve batch targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- 80-100 connected calls per day
- Minimum 2 visits per day
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets
- Reactivate old/lost applications
- Improve and maintain sales conversion rates
- Consistently achieve batch and revenue targets
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Relevant inside sales experience, preferably in the Education/EdTech sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent counseling, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
