About the Role
Ensure smooth transition of the allotted project from design conception to execution on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary Research and Design
- Create original design work utilizing specifications, sketches, and ideas based on extensive research.
- Analyze space utilization, effectiveness, and structural feasibility of the proposed design.
- Working Drawings
- Prepare detailed error-free working drawings as per company template and specifications.
- Adhere to the list of drawings provided to ensure timely release of GFC drawings.
- Co-ordination with External Agencies
- Coordinate with consultants to obtain detailed supporting drawings.
- Perform extensive market research for new technologies and materials.
- Coordinate with vendors to attain product information and competitive quotes.
- Site Visits
- Conduct site visits to check on project progress.
- Ensure the project is running as per the schedule and to budget.
