About the Role
- Hiring for US Voice process (AR Caller) for freshers at Access Healthcare.
- Work location: Hinjewadi, Pune.
- Nature of job: US Healthcare voice Process (B2B Call).
- No Sales / Marketing calls.
- Prior knowledge in medical billing is not required; training will be provided from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls for the US Healthcare process.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent English Communication Skills required.
- Candidates must speak English without any grammatical errors.
- Must be ready to work in Night shift.
- No WFH, must be ready to report to the office from day 1.
Qualifications
- Freshers or candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in any other domain are eligible.
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC Offered: 2.44 Lacs to 3.08 Lacs (will be finalized based on experience and interview scores).
- Free Transportation: Both pick up and drop will be provided.
