About the Role
- Position Title: Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) - Tool Room
- Location: Pune
- Nature of Employment: On-roll, Full-time, On-site
- Experience: Fresher (Entry Level)
- Training Period: One year, followed by a six-month probation period.
- Joining: Immediate joiners required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of dies, molds, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and cutting tools.
- Operate and monitor CNC machines.
- Ensure tools and components conform to engineering drawings and specifications.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Mandatory Qualification: Diploma in Tool & Die Making
- Age Group: 18 ~ 25 years
Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills
- Basic knowledge of reading & interpreting drawings and GD&T.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tool room operations.
- Basic understanding of CNC programming and machining.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA is an advantage.
Behavioral Requirements
- Ability to coordinate between different production lines and supervisors to achieve given targets.
- Capability of dealing with both on-roll and contractual manpower.
- Good communication skills.
- Interest to work in both a shop-floor and an office environment.
