About the Role
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator who can develop engaging content for social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form videos, storytelling, and current social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form videos, Instagram Reels, and social media content.
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, captions, and content ideas.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and trending audio.
- Participate in video shoots and confidently present content on camera when required.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to execute content strategies.
- Assist with content planning, scheduling, and maintaining a consistent posting calendar.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics.
- Ensure content aligns with the brand's tone, audience, and objectives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 0–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
- Strong creativity, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, or Canva.
- Comfortable appearing on camera, if required.
- A portfolio or samples of previous content will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
