About the Role
HK Technical is a fast-growing Ed-Tech and multi-part platform founded in 2018. This is a remote Graphic Designer Internship role. The intern will support the design and development of visual content for HK Technical’s educational platforms, web applications, and creative projects. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in digital design within an innovative Ed-Tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create graphics for digital campaigns, websites, and social media.
- Design logos and branding elements.
- Prepare assets for educational materials and marketing content.
- Assist with image editing and layout design.
- Follow brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the content and development teams.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to create and work with visual assets, including Graphics and Graphic Design for digital platforms.
- Skills in Logo Design and Branding.
- Proficiency in Image Editing using common design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software).
- Basic understanding of layout design for web pages, social media posts, and learning materials.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with team members.
- A portfolio or samples of previous design work demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
