Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Service Helper to assist service engineers with installation, maintenance, repair, and field service activities. The candidate should have a basic technical understanding and a willingness to learn and grow in the service department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist service engineers and technicians with installation, servicing, and repair work.
- Help handle, load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials.
- Support technicians during customer visits and on-site service activities.
- Maintain tools and equipment properly and keep the work area clean.
- Follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by senior technicians.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and report technical issues to the service engineer.
- Coordinate with team members to complete service tasks on time.
- Perform other service-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or ITI.
- Basic technical knowledge of tools and equipment is preferred.
- Willingness to learn technical and service-related work.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and assisting service engineers.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Qualifications
- 12th Pass / ITI
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- ITI candidates from relevant technical trades will be preferred.
