About the Role
Ramboll is seeking an Entry Level Air Quality Consultant to join their Environment & Health department in Los Angeles or Irvine, California, or Phoenix, Arizona. This role is part of the Air & Climate Service Line, focused on assisting clients with air and climate-related challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing emissions calculations
- Conducting air quality reviews of emissions reduction or control measures
- Assisting in preparing major and minor source permit applications and environmental impact reports
- Critically reviewing and interpreting local, state, and federal environmental regulations
Requirements & Tech Stack
- B.S. or M.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Atmospheric Science, or a science degree with air quality coursework
- Strong computing skills, including high-level use of spreadsheets and word processing
- Strong written/verbal communication, problem-solving, and organization skills
- Ability to understand and interpret environmental regulations
- Database and GIS skills are preferred but not required.
