About the Role
MedTourEasy is seeking a Data Analysis Trainee for a remote traineeship. This role offers hands-on experience in data analytics within the healthcare technology sector, contributing to projects that enhance healthcare accessibility and patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, organize, and validate data for analysis and reporting.
- Perform basic data analysis.
- Assist in building simple data models.
- Support the creation of dashboards or reports under guidance.
- Help interpret data trends.
- Prepare documentation.
- Communicate findings clearly to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics abilities.
- Interest in working with real-world datasets.
- Basic understanding of Statistics and its application.
- Familiarity with Data Modeling concepts or willingness to learn.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for explaining data findings.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and/or data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or introductory BI tools) is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Effective time management.
- Ability to collaborate virtually.
- Current student or recent graduate in a quantitative, technical, or related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics) preferred.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and methods in data analytics.
