AR GLOBAL HUB is a global education consultancy specializing in university admissions, visa guidance, IELTS coaching, and personalized counseling for students aspiring to study abroad.
Role Description
This full-time, on-site Student Support Representative role is based in Hyderabad. This position is open to freshers.
Key Responsibilities
- Guiding students through the admission process.
- Explaining program options.
- Supporting students with documentation and application requirements.
- Coordinating counseling sessions.
- Sharing information on visa and test preparation services.
- Maintaining accurate records of student interactions.
- Responding to student inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Providing timely follow-up.
- Escalating complex queries to senior team members.
- Collaborating with the counseling and admissions teams.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and data entry tools.
- Comfortable speaking in English.
- Knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to listen, understand needs, and provide clear information.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate degree (any discipline) or equivalent qualification.
