About the Role
- Work directly with customers via calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Understand customer needs, answer questions, and guide them towards purchases.
- Relay customer feedback to the team to improve the product.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fluent spoken and written Hindi and English.
- Comfortable with Hinglish for WhatsApp communication.
- Enjoy conversations with new people; polite and patient demeanor.
- Strong listening skills and ability to articulate customer needs clearly.
- Organized with follow-ups and comfortable working towards targets.
- Bonus: Previous sales experience (e.g., college fest, small business, retail) or knowledge of Indian weddings.
