Junior Interior Designer

About the Role

Junior Interior Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mysore.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior designers in creating interior layouts.
• Select finishes.
• Coordinate tile solutions that align with client requirements and brand standards.
• Assist with space planning.
• Prepare design concepts.
• Contribute to construction drawings.
• Participate in client presentations.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams.
• Help maintain project documentation.
• Ensure design deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Interior Design.
• Skills in FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection.
• Skills in Space Planning.
• Skills related to Architecture.
• Skills in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is beneficial.
• Strong visual communication skills are beneficial.
• Attention to detail is beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams is beneficial.

Qualifications

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Internship or project experience in residential or commercial interiors is preferred.
