Job Title: International Voice Process Executive
Location: Gurgaon (Gurugram)
About the Role
We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as International Voice Process Executives. Candidates with excellent English communication skills and a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply. Both freshers and experienced professionals with international BPO backgrounds are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Assist customers with their queries and provide effective solutions.
- Handle customer complaints and service-related concerns professionally.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Communicate confidently and fluently in English.
- Understand customer needs and deliver appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain customer records and update details in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Follow company procedures, quality guidelines, and process standards.
- Maintain a positive attitude with strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate.
- Excellent spoken English communication is mandatory.
- Prior international BPO experience is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Must be comfortable with rotational and night shifts.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
- Ability to perform in a target-oriented work environment.
- Flexibility to work on rotational weekly offs.
Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: 18,000 - 22,000 in-hand.
- Experienced: Up to 35,000 in-hand (30% hike on last drawn salary).
