About the Role

ByteLab is hiring two on-site interns in Koramangala, Bengaluru: one Video Editor and one Video Recorder (Videographer). The interns will plan, shoot, and edit video content for ByteLab's brand, products, and clients. This includes reels, shorts, product videos, promotional videos, behind-the-scenes content, and social media videos.

• Video Recorder (Videographer): Shoot product demos, team and office content, client videos, and events. This includes setting up framing, lighting, and audio, and organizing raw footage for the editing team.
• Video Editor: Turn raw footage into finished videos. The work covers cutting, color correction, sound, captions, motion graphics, thumbnails, and preparing versions for different platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Both interns will work closely with the product and tech teams to understand features and translate them into clear, engaging visual stories. They will also help plan the content calendar, take feedback, and continuously improve videos based on their performance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Video Editor: Hands-on skill with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or CapCut.
• Video Recorder: Hands-on skill with a camera or phone, including framing, lighting, and capturing clean audio.
• A good eye for short-form content, trends, and storytelling on social media.
• Attention to detail and consistency in style, quality, and branding.
• Comfortable working with product, design, and tech teams, and able to showcase technical products in a simple, engaging way.
• Good time management, with the ability to handle several projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English or Hindi.
• A portfolio or sample work is preferred.
• Prior experience in a startup or tech environment is a plus.

Internship Terms

• Paid internship, with a stipend based on skills and experience.
• All content created during the internship belongs to ByteLab.
• Selected interns will sign a confidentiality and work ownership agreement. Work must not be posted, shared, or used in personal portfolios without written permission from ByteLab.
