About realnorth
realnorth is an early-stage AI-powered platform helping professionals, executives, and founders build, manage, and strengthen their professional reputation and digital presence. We're building at the intersection of AI, product, personal branding, and professional growth.
About the Role
We're looking for a curious, analytical, and execution-oriented Product Management Intern who wants hands-on experience building a product from the ground up. You'll work closely with the founder across product research, feature development, user experience, and product testing. This is an opportunity to understand how an early-stage product goes from an idea to something real customers use.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct competitor research and identify product opportunities.
- Research user needs, pain points, and emerging market trends.
- Help define product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
- Test new features, identify bugs, and recommend UX improvements.
- Assist in mapping user journeys and improving onboarding experiences.
- Analyse user feedback and help prioritise product improvements.
- Explore AI tools and emerging technologies relevant to the product.
- Collaborate with the founder on product experiments and launches.
Who Should Apply?
- Students or recent graduates interested in product management, technology, or entrepreneurship.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good written communication and research abilities.
- Curiosity about AI, SaaS products, and user experience.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Notion, or AI platforms is a plus, not mandatory.
- Prior product management experience is not required. Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn matter more.
What You'll Gain
- Direct exposure to building a real AI-powered product.
- Hands-on experience across the product development lifecycle.
- Opportunity to work directly with the founder.
- Practical experience in product research, testing, and decision-making.
- A chance to contribute ideas that may become actual product features.
