Social Media & Content Intern

About the Role

The Social Media & Content Intern will support Shiksolve Education’s online presence by creating and publishing engaging content across social media platforms on a full-time basis. This on-site role, based in Gurgaon, involves assisting in the development of content calendars, drafting posts, captions, and stories, and coordinating basic visual assets with the design team. The intern will monitor social media channels, respond to audience interactions under guidance, and collect insights to improve engagement and brand visibility. Additional day-to-day tasks include supporting digital campaigns, researching industry trends, collaborating with the marketing and counseling teams, and helping ensure brand consistency across all communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of content calendars.
• Draft posts, captions, and stories for social media platforms.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and basic analytics tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
• An interest in education, professional development, and career counseling services will be an advantage.
