About the Role
- Proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join the Human Resources team.
- Gain hands-on experience in HR Operations, HR Analytics, HR Data Management, and SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
- Work with HR leadership on digital HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in testing, documentation, and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) module.
- Clean, validate, and maintain employee databases for data accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query for data management and reporting.
- Analyze HR data related to employee attrition, performance, and workforce demographics.
- Convert HR data into meaningful reports and insights for management.
- Support employee onboarding, background verification, and documentation.
- Assist with employee engagement and offboarding activities.
- Maintain HR records and compliance-related documentation.
- Support daily HR operational activities and process improvements.

Qualifications
- MBA / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Freshers and recently graduated candidates encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Advanced Excel functions, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
- Interest in HR Analytics, HRIS, and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
