About the Role
Pitchbrands is hiring for an HR Intern. This is a paid, full-time internship for three months, based in Sector 79, Faridabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Assist with maintaining candidate and employee records, trackers, and HR documentation with care and confidentiality.
- Help prepare onboarding materials and coordinate joining formalities for new team members.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications across the agency.
- Work with the HR team on scheduling, follow-ups, and other administrative tasks that keep people processes organized.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
- Interest in human resources and people operations within a digital marketing agency.
- Good organization, attention to detail, and willingness to handle multiple coordination tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively and treat personal or business information confidentially.
Location: Sector 79, Faridabad
Duration: Three months
Stipend: ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month
