About the Role
Customer Care Executive - Cashier at Hdfc Bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify high transacting customers and reduce their transactions.
- Identify and control depleting customers.
- Handle cash receipts and payments, ensuring transactions are carried out within the prescribed TAT without errors.
- Perform cash balancing and cash bundling.
- Process Retail FX postings, Gold sales, and Prepaid Cards.
- Execute funds transfers, FD closures, and account closures.
- Serve as custodian for the teller box.
- Serve as custodian for cheque drop boxes.
- Ensure error-free transactions of receipts and payments.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Record complaints as per the specified process.
- Resolve all complaints received (self, branch, other units) within the stipulated TATs pertaining to the Teller area.
Qualifications
- Full-time graduation is mandatory.
