About the Role
This is a sales role focused on supporting clients and candidates, with the goal of growing into a full 360 recruitment function.
Key Responsibilities
- Fully support both clients and candidates.
- Identify highly qualified candidates for specialized positions in the Life Sciences.
- Oversee the complete interview cycle between clients and candidates.
- Maintain relationships with candidates after placing them in a new position.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- A thirst for sales (cold and warm calling, pitching, negotiating).
- Excellent communication, networking, and phone skills.
- Highly ambitious, competitive, and motivated.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Very resilient.
