About the Role
Chipotle is looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Crew Members. Key Responsibilities
- Learn to work at various stations: grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Create a friendly atmosphere for customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team members).
- Desire to learn how to cook.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in roles like dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook is not required.
- No prior experience is necessary.
