About the Role

CorenestTech LLP is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with candidate sourcing and screening.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Manage recruitment processes and maintain candidate databases.
• Support onboarding and employee documentation.
• Assist with employee engagement activities.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and HR reports.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding hiring requirements.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
• Ability to work from the office in Raipur.
