UX ENGINEER

About the Role

Tejaki is Blowtrumpet's publisher-facing supply-side platform (SSP), built for content creators who want transparent monetisation. Tejaki runs on offers — not blind bids — so creators know what they are earning and why. It supports multiple content formats and fair revenue distribution. Tejaki is a product under Blowtrumpet Technologies.

The role focuses on building creator-first experiences, including onboarding flows, earnings transparency, content upload pipelines, and monetisation controls that feel fair and empowering to publishers of every size.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX research — user interviews, usability testing, task analysis, and journey mapping.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Build and iterate on front-end implementations based on usability data.
• Define information architecture and navigation patterns across product surfaces.
• Set up analytics and event tracking to measure user behaviour and task completion.
• Advocate for the user in architecture and product decisions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in React/Next.js — prototype in code.
• Experience running usability studies and translating findings into design changes.
• Understanding of accessibility, cognitive load, and information hierarchy.
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable with analytics tools and A/B testing.
• Portfolio showing UX-driven engineering work.

Qualifications

• Background in HCI, interaction design, or UX engineering.
