About Prepreater
Prepreater is an applied AI and software startup based in Pune. We build AI Staff Bots, websites, and automation solutions that help businesses work smarter.
The Role
You'll work directly with the founder, taking our AI products to real businesses. This is a client-facing, field-oriented role, not a conventional coding internship. You'll interact with business owners, demonstrate technology, and help businesses understand how AI can work for them. We'll train you on our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit businesses across Pune, including shops, clinics, offices, and startups.
- Approach business owners, understand their challenges, and identify opportunities.
- Demonstrate AI products and explain their benefits in simple language.
- Help clients get started with our solutions.
- Build relationships, follow up with prospects, and contribute to closing deals.
- Share ideas and contribute to product and business growth.
Requirements & Tech Stack
No prior sales experience, coding skills, or AI knowledge required.
- Has organised college events, led clubs, managed teams, or handled sponsorships and outreach.
- Is confident approaching and speaking with new people.
- Can explain ideas and technology in simple language.
- Is curious about AI, startups, and how businesses operate.
- Speaks English and Hindi and/or Marathi.
- Is comfortable travelling locally and meeting business owners.
Qualifications
All educational backgrounds are welcome: BE/BTech, MBA, BBA, BCom, and others.
Fresh graduates and final-year students can apply if they can commit to the full schedule.
Internship Details
- Location: Pimpri, Pune — on-site, with local client visits.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM.
- Duration: 3 months.
- Joining: Within one week.
- Availability: Must be able to start within a week and commit to the full 3 months without daily classes or exams.
- Stipend: ₹10,000/month fixed stipend for 3 months.
- Additional: Commission on every deal you help close.
- Mentorship: Direct mentorship and experience working with the founder.
- Exposure: Hands-on exposure to real-world AI products and implementation.
- Experience: Customer interactions, product demonstrations, and startup growth.
- Outcome: Internship certificate and potential full-time opportunity after 3 months, based on performance.
