About the Role
The Digital Stronghold is seeking an organized, experienced Retail Associate for its Santa Monica store. This role is crucial in delivering the in-store experience that Pedal Mafia is known for, reflecting the brand's standards, achieving sales goals, and fostering customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer care in every interaction.
- Listen to customer feedback and resolve concerns with care and professionalism.
- Manage stock and inventory to keep the store running smoothly.
- Maintain store appearance, upholding aesthetic standards and upkeep.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Represent brand values to every customer.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Previous retail or sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine passion for great customer service.
- Self-motivation and drive to hit sales goals and KPIs.
- Business management experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Weekend availability required.
- In-person role.
