Arabic Language Expert
About the Role
- Working on the moderation of listings.
- Ensuring > 98% accuracy is maintained.
- Ensuring listings are completed within the defined SLA/TAT time.
- Tracking personal performance and improvising based on business requirements.
- Managing personal performance.
- Making correct information updates on the map front.
- Achieving 100% user satisfaction and zero client or customer escalations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficient in reading & speaking of Arabic & English.
- Proficient with computers and MS Office.
- Ability to type 30 words per minute in the preferred language.
- Fair knowledge of navigation on Maps & geography.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills in Arabic speaking and English.
- Ability to identify areas of opportunity and bring them to the notice of a supervisor.
- Ability to work in different shifts and locals depending on business requirements.
- Ability to apply theoretical knowledge into practice.
CTC: 3.50 LPA
Shift Time: Rotational
Work Model: WFO - 5 days working
