Monid is the OpenRouter for agent tools, connecting agents to 3,000 tools and APIs without subscriptions. They are building the tooling infrastructure for the agent economy and have recently raised $7.7M.

The Role

Hiring a Growth Intern to help grow Monid 100x, working directly with the founding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Break the growth playbook, focusing on distribution for agents and the people building them.
• Partner with agent-native startups for integrations and co-launches.
• Build with creators (dev creators, YouTubers) to make content about Monid, including briefing, co-writing, reviewing cuts, and tracking conversions.
• Make content yourself (demo videos, launch posts, memes), including being on camera and in the feed.
• Own a metric, your own experiments, and report on them.

Who You Are

• You want to start a company one day and are treating this as a warmup.
• You are creative and think sideways.
• You are a builder, a content creator, or a community person (ideally two of three) and have shipped things before.
• You can talk about what you're building in front of an audience or camera without flinching.
• You move fast, don't need permission, and distinguish being busy from growing the number.
• You are curious about AI agents and have used a few. Experience building an AI agent is a plus.
• You can work from the SF office.
