About the Role
At Karta, we're building voice AI for enterprise fintech. Our platform generates a lot of data including calls, conversations, product usage, and business metrics. We're looking for an Analyst Intern to work with the data team and enable each team with insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Crunch call and product data to find patterns that improve our voice agents.
- Build dashboards and reports that the team actually uses.
- Work directly with the founders on business and finance metrics.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfortable with SQL, Excel/Sheets, and ideally Python.
- Love asking "why?" and digging until the numbers answer.
- Want real ownership at an early-stage startup.
