About the Role
Assist the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, product, and educator roles. Gain hands-on experience in high-volume edtech hiring, from sourcing to onboarding, while advancing BrightCHAMPS' mission to transform education worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and campus networks for bulk campaigns.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate coordination using Google Sheets and Microsoft Forms.
- Contribute to employer branding through LinkedIn posts and job content.
- Track metrics, update ATS, and support 100+ monthly hires.
- Help optimize interview processes and candidate experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current student/recent grad in HR, Business, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Passion for edtech/startups.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
