Intern, Talent Acquistion (CPG)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in end-to-end hiring activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to the recruitment lifecycle, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and talent sourcing in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and recruitment updates.
• Recruitment Operations: Maintain candidate databases, update recruitment trackers, and ensure accurate documentation of hiring activities.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Offer & Onboarding Support: Assist with offer documentation, pre-joining follow-ups, and onboarding coordination for new hires.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize activities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Prior internship experience in recruitment or HR will be an added advantage.
