About the Role
Retail Associate in an apparel and gear store, delivering outstanding, friendly service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend durable workwear and outdoor products.
- Operate the POS system, process payments, and handle cash transactions.
- Support returns and assist with customer issue resolution.
- Stock, organize, and maintain merchandise presentation.
- Keep displays clean, attractive, and engaging.
- Assist with inventory counts and basic store upkeep.
- Represent the brand culture through practical, humorous, and authentic customer interactions.
- Work toward sales and service goals.
Qualifications & Skills

- Comfort operating POS systems and handling cash and returns accurately.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized, well-merchandised sales floor.
