About the Role
CricHeroes is seeking an Android Developer to help build the next phase of their Android application. The role involves creating smooth, scalable, and intuitive user experiences that connect grassroots cricket to the digital world.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to build new features for the CricHeroes Android app.
- Write efficient, testable, and reusable Kotlin code.
- Debug issues, optimize performance, and ensure app stability across devices.
- Participate in code reviews and continuously learn from the team.
- Contribute ideas to improve user experience and app quality.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin.
- Java familiarity is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Android Studio, XML layouts, and Material Design guidelines.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and SQLite data storage mechanisms.
- Familiarity with MVVM architecture, Jetpack Components, and version control tools like Git.
- Curiosity to explore new technologies and experiment with modern Android libraries.
- A team player who values clean, readable, and maintainable code.
