About the Role
Embedding digital transformation in healthcare operations end-to-end, driving superior outcomes and value realization today, and enabling streamlined operations to serve the emerging health care market of tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the membership base of an organization.
- Process applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate member records.
- Enhance member satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service and engagement activities.
- Organize events, communicate benefits, and address member inquiries.
- Coordinate essential documentation and resources for filing global applications.
- Understand, manage, and process electronic submissions including original application filings, Life Cycle Management submissions (e.g., CMC, Ad-promos, amendments, annual reports, SPL submissions).
- Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Interact primarily within your own team and direct supervisor.
- Receive detailed instructions on all tasks.
- Make decisions that impact your own work and are closely supervised.
- Function as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
- May require working in rotational shifts.
