Social Media Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Associate who is chronically online by choice, deeply understands creator culture, and can identify emerging trends before they become mainstream. This role requires natural curiosity about pop culture, social media, creators, memes, trends, and online conversations. You will work across clients, campaigns, and digital-first mandates, combining sharp thinking, good writing, cultural awareness, and strong execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging copy for social media, digital campaigns, blogs, websites, video scripts, and brand communication.
• Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, headlines, and content strategies.
• Stay on top of emerging trends, creators, and industry conversations to identify relevant creative opportunities.
• Research brands, industries, competitors, and audiences to develop insight-led content.
• Support content calendars, influencer campaigns, and end-to-end digital campaign execution.
• Collaborate with design, video, strategy, and client teams.
• Track content and campaign performance, maintain content trackers, and identify opportunities to improve communication.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong writing, storytelling, research, and creative thinking skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, digital trends, and platform-specific content.
• Ability to connect cultural insights and audience behaviour with brand communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
• A portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and original thinking.

Qualifications

• Good to Have: Exposure to influencer marketing, digital analytics, SEO, or design tools.
