About the Role
Finedge Training Institute (A Unit of FinCareer Edtech Technologies Private Limited) is seeking Founding Team Members for an equity-based opportunity. This is a full-time remote role focused on shaping the organization’s strategy, contributing to curriculum and program development, and supporting the design of industry-aligned BFSI training content.
Key Responsibilities
- Shaping the organization’s strategy.
- Contributing to curriculum and program development.
- Supporting the design of industry-aligned BFSI training content.
- Collaborating on building partnerships with universities, training partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Assisting in outreach, digital presence, and learner engagement.
- Hands-on work in operations, process improvement, and feedback collection to refine training programs and learner experience.
- Working closely with leadership to drive growth, ensure alignment with the institute’s mission, and help establish scalable systems, tools, and workflows.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong skills in strategic planning, business development, and partnership management, especially in education, skilling, or BFSI domains.
- Skills in curriculum design, instructional planning, and training delivery, with the ability to convert complex BFSI concepts into practical, learner-friendly content.
- Skills in operations management, process optimization, and project coordination to support remote, scalable program execution.
- Skills in communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Skills in digital tools and platforms, including learning management systems, productivity software, and basic data analysis to track learner outcomes and program performance.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in the BFSI sector, education/edtech, or vocational training is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, commerce, education, or a related field is preferred.
- A strong interest in skill development and employability-focused initiatives.
