  • Design and write detailed hardware test procedures for system evaluation, functional testing, and component verification.
  • Collaborate with test engineers and technicians to validate procedures.
  • Support creation of acceptance test plans, diagnostic processes, and troubleshooting workflows.
  • Provide hardware-focused engineering recommendations for repair, modification, or lifecycle support.
  • Support failure analysis activities and assist in root-cause investigations.
  • Participate in technical meetings, design reviews, and program discussions with government stakeholders.

Requirements & Tech Stack

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related engineering discipline with 0-2 years (including internship/co-op experience) or a Master's degree.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Clearance.
  • Strong hands-on, hardware-first engineering mindset.
  • Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in engineering documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of electrical circuits and reading schematics.
  • Skilled in diagnosing and repairing power electronics systems.
  • Experience with development and validation of troubleshooting and repair procedures.
  • Experience conducting hazard analysis for high-voltage work environments.
  • Experience with silicone and epoxy-based high-voltage encapsulation materials.
