Human Resources Intern

About the Role

The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with recruitment processes.
• Maintaining employee records.
• Helping to coordinate onboarding and orientation programs.
• Supporting the administration of HR policies.
• Assisting with employee engagement activities.
• Helping with documentation related to attendance, leaves, and benefits.
• Organizing training sessions.
• Maintaining HR databases.
• Preparing basic reports and presentations for HR management.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets.
• Comfort working with HR documentation.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and exposure to core HR functions.
• Ability to support HR Management activities, including recruitment support and record-keeping.
• Understanding of HR Policies and basic compliance requirements.
• Interest in learning about Employee Benefits and assisting in related documentation and communication.
• Skills in Personnel Management, including interpersonal communication and relationship-building with employees.
• Pursuing or having completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
