About the Role
The Summer Analyst Intern position at Roman Group and Rosano Partners provides hands-on experience in commercial real estate investment and brokerage, with the potential for a full-time offer. Interns will collaborate with various departments, gaining insight into acquisitions, asset management, property management, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and analyze acquisition opportunities across multifamily, development, retail, and hospitality sectors.
- Assist in underwriting acquisition opportunities using a financial model.
- Perform detailed market analysis including sales comparables, rents, operating costs, and real estate taxes to assess project feasibility.
- Prepare and audit financial reports for presentation to senior management, prospects, and clients.
- Create offering memorandums and marketing packages for qualified investment opportunities.
- Support all operations and undertake ad-hoc assignments.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate students must be in their Junior or Senior year at the time of application.
- Must be local to Los Angeles with the ability to commute and work in office.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated individuals with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Strong learning aptitude.
