About the Role
ALIV Regenerative Wellness is seeking a Business Automation Intern to support the implementation and refinement of systems within the Zoho ecosystem. This is a full-time, 6-month internship based in Bund Garden, Pune, with a stipend of ₹20,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand existing business workflows and operational challenges
- Design and implement systems using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Flow / Automations
- Create workflows, forms, approvals, reports, and dashboards across Zoho applications
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements and map processes
- Improve process efficiency and reduce manual work through automation
- Document SOPs and system flows for onboarding, bookings, and operations
- Assist in testing and rollout of new modules
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem: Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Projects, Zoho Flow, and Zoho Analytics
- Familiarity with no-code / low-code tools like Notion, Airtable, or similar
- Working knowledge of GitHub for version control and documentation
- Exposure to AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for productivity and automation
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset
- Quick learner with good communication and coordination abilities
- Interest in operations, business systems, and automation
