The Role
The Creator in Residence (Intern) role is designed to make Monid content impossible to scroll past.
Key Responsibilities
- Create content including demo videos, launch videos, memes, and threads. This involves scripting, shooting, cutting, and posting content.
- Identify emerging content formats by monitoring trends in dev tools and AI, developing and shipping the company's version within a day.
- Maintain a library of successful and unsuccessful content.
- Showcase the product by running agents with Monid daily to ensure demos are realistic and reflect actual use cases.
- Own content-driven metrics such as views, follows, and signups, tracking performance and running experiments.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience posting on platforms like X, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn, with evidence of viral content.
- Technical proficiency, including daily use of tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Experience building or running agents.
- Familiarity with the dev tools landscape.
- Ability to produce video content independently, from script to post.
- Ability to move fast, operate autonomously, and iterate quickly.
- A desire to start a company in the future.
- Must be able to work from the SF office.
Qualifications
- You are a creator who has achieved virality on social media platforms.
- You are technical and have hands-on experience with agent development or operation.
- You can independently manage the entire video production process.
- You demonstrate agility, initiative, and a results-oriented approach.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset.
