Medical Representative

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote clinic services and treatments to patients and local healthcare stakeholders.
• Explain medical offerings in a clear and accurate manner.
• Support awareness initiatives for the clinic.
• Engage with patients and visitors.
• Answer service-related queries.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the clinic’s medical and pharmacy-related services.
• Maintain records of interactions.
• Support follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
• Contribute to patient education and satisfaction.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Medical Sales skills: promotion of clinic services and relationship-building with patients and healthcare stakeholders.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills: interact clearly, professionally, and empathetically with diverse patient populations.
• Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy: understand treatments, explain services accurately, and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Comfort with basic computer systems for maintaining patient records, schedules, and reports.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
• Preferred: Prior experience as a medical representative or in healthcare customer service.
