AI Automation Intern

About the Role

Scale To Unicorn builds AI-powered growth systems that help businesses acquire customers, automate operations, and scale revenue. We combine AI automation, performance marketing, sales systems, and intelligent workflows to help businesses grow faster with fewer manual processes.

This role focuses on building practical AI-powered workflows, connecting different tools, and automating repetitive business operations. You will work directly with the founder to develop systems for lead generation, sales, client management, and internal operations. This is a hands-on role focused on building and deploying real automation systems, not just experimenting with AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, and Zapier.
• Develop AI agents using LLM APIs and automation platforms.
• Automate lead generation, lead enrichment, outreach, and CRM updates.
• Integrate APIs, webhooks, Google Sheets, email platforms, and CRM systems.
• Build automated follow-up, appointment scheduling, and reporting workflows.
• Explore tools such as OpenAI, Claude, and other AI platforms to solve business problems.
• Assist in building AI sales assistants and automated business operating systems.
• Test, debug, document, and improve existing workflows.
• Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated to save time and reduce operational costs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic understanding of AI tools, automation, and business workflows.
• Familiarity with at least one automation platform, such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and HTTP requests.
• Familiarity with Python or JavaScript is an advantage.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and build working solutions independently.
