About the Role
The Member role at Finout Solutions Pvt Ltd is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting core financial and accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with bookkeeping activities.
- Helping prepare financial documentation and reports.
- Supporting routine compliance and record-keeping processes.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure accuracy of financial data and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Following established procedures.
- Using basic financial tools or software.
- Contributing to process improvements where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Ability to work with financial data, including basic bookkeeping, data entry, and document organization.
- Comfort using common office software and digital tools to manage records, communicate with team members, and track tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability in meeting deadlines, and a structured approach to completing assigned work.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Willingness to learn financial and accounting concepts.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity.
Prior exposure to finance, accounting, or business studies is considered an advantage.
