Key Responsibilities

• Search and Selection: Contacting candidates regarding availability and suitability for current vacancies.
• Social Media Engagement: Active on social media, creating posts and video material for company channels.
• CV Formatting.
• Candidate Interviewing: Interviewing candidates and preparing interview notes.
• Candidate Submission: Submitting suitable candidates' CVs and interview notes to clients within defined timeframes.
• Interview Arrangement: Arranging interviews upon client request.
• Interview Preparation: Preparing candidates for interviews.
• Client Feedback: Obtaining feedback on candidates from clients.
• Offer Negotiation: Acting as a key contact in negotiations between clients and successful candidates on job offers.
• Candidate Marketing: Proactive marketing of existing hot candidates.
• Job Logging: Logging jobs onto websites.
• New Business Awareness: Identifying new business potential.
• Candidate Management: Adding and updating candidates on Bullhorn.
• Job Advertisement Writing.
• Client & Contractor Relations: Developing and maintaining relationships with current clients and contractors.
• Database Updates: Updating Interview and Vacancy databases.
• Reporting: Preparing monthly reporting to Fircroft.
• Company Branding.
