About the Role
As a Brand Ambassador with Newbern Excel, you will help customers find the right telecommunications and technology solutions by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect directly with consumers to learn their current technology usage and needs.
- Explain plans, devices, and promotions in clear, simple terms.
- Recommend the right solutions and guide customers through the enrollment process.
- Represent client brands accurately and professionally in all interactions.
- Follow up with customers to answer questions and identify further support opportunities.
- Track results and work towards daily and weekly sales goals.
